Get The Look: After-Work Mixxer….

22 Jun

So you had a long day at work… It’s 93 degrees outside all you want to do is pull your hot hair off your neck and sit with your girls sipping on a margarita and snack on some artichoke and spinach dip… It’s the after-work mixer… You can take that work outfit to simply chic…. A pair of open toe beige sandals and a beige tote play the back drop for an amazing orange dress. To spice up your outfit you put on some fashionable earrings which can be found at http://simplystudded.bigcartel.com/. The hair inspiration is a up-do after all it’s hot outside and all you want to do is pull up your hair into that all too familiar butterfly hair clip…

Get The Look: Georgia Peach

3 Apr

This year is all about color…. And you will see that the color orange makes a great statement this season. Depending on the hue or tint it can be a deep pumpkin orange, coral, or even peach . I wanted to play off the softer side of orange and go for a light peach and being that Spring is upon us all I went for an airy light wrap dress paired with a chocolate brown belt. I wanted to add an element of style and sophistication so there is added accessories. I choose accessories that were bold and fashion forward.  To complete the overall look I added a shoe that has texture, detail and simple hints of peach throughout. The overall look is clean and simple sophistication. This look is perfect for a date or  lunch with your girls.

* A quick fashion note is to pair it with a chocolate brown pashmina on a chilly day or to add a level of depth to the overall look.

Enjoy,
