Tailgating… The Game is On!

Fried Polenta & Goat's Cheese with Gooseberry & Chilli Relish

You’ve got two days on the clock and you want to make sure that you make the ultimate touchdown at your next tailgate party.  I know that everyone else will be battling over whose going to win, the New York Giants or the New England Patriots, but the real game to me is whose party has the best food.  I can’t even imagine the lines at the local wholesale clubs like BJ’s, Sam’s Club, and Costco.  People buying all of the ready-made appetizers like frozen bagel pizzas, Teriyaki wings, jalapeno poppers, and potato chips on end.

I am here to offer some alternative suggestions to make your Super Bowl XLVI party the best on the block.

Grilled Brie & Pear Sandwich

Anaheim Peppers Stuffed with Green Onions, Stew Tomatoes, Corn & Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Marinated Chilli Mushrooms

Pork San Choy Bau

Fish Cake with Thai Nut Splash Fusion Sauce

Prawn and Mango Pizza

Mmm take a bite out of that!

Hi Hershey, thank you for kind message on my blog. Your tailgating dishes look absolutely delectable. I’m now thinking of going to a football game just so I can taste some of these delicious treats. Assia

Hi Assia, I hope that you have good luck finding some great food at the game. Hopefully you wont get stuck with the same mundane treats that are expected. LOL
