A Care Package Just For You…

It’s almost the end of the year and with that comes all kinds of deadlines and stress.  Most of us have end of year reviews, audits, finals, and things that we must get done before we make that grandiose New Year’s resolution.  With that kind of pressure, some of us tend to eat to relieve the stress.  I have to be honest; my vice lately has been Kit Kat.  LOL Now don’t judge me, I have identified my problem and I am bringing it under submission.  I know that I am not the only one dealing with this kind of stress, and I want to make sure that we are keeping our diets in check while we work toward closing this year with great health, positive attitudes, and lots of greatness to look forward to in the new year no matter how this year has treated us.

With that being said, I wanted to share some healthy snacks that you can enjoy during your late night study sessions, or while preparing those reports.  This is important because though you may want to use food to relieve stress, you still want to do it in a healthy and positive way.  Snacking does not have to be treated like an obscenity; it just has to be done properly.

Here are some ideas…

Packed with antioxidants, protein, chia, quinoa, and omega-3, Kind snack products are a good look.
